Stainless Steel Reduced Pressure Zone Assembly Backflow Preventers
Series M400, M400N, M400Z reduced pressure zone assembly backflow preventers are designed to prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply due to backsiphonage and or backpressure. It consists of stainless steel body, sleeve and torsion spring check valves. Series M400, M400N, M400Z features the certified lowest pressure loss, a compact design that is 70% lighter than traditional designs and is ideal for health hazard piping applications for protection against backsiphonage or backpressure. Check with local water authorities for installation requirements. Maximum working pressure is 175 psi (12.06 bar).
