Chemical Neutralizing Tank - pH Monitoring System, NeutraGuard III
The NeutraGuard III pH Monitoring System is available in 1 or 2 channel designs. The standard system includes a monitor panel and pH probe and cable(s). These same systems are also available in configurations to include a digital chart recorder.
Monitor Panel: Orion NeutraGuard III pH monitor panel: UL-listed single or dual sensor station pH monitoring system with UL-listed NEMA 4 enclosure (16" H x 12" W x 7" D), pH analyzer with user-set high and low alarm points and analyzer/sensor fault, pre-wired with cord and plug for standard 120VAC 15AMP outlet, with NEMA 5-15R local alarm (with visual/audible indication), with 4-20mA output for remote indication with two 120VAC 5Amp dry contacts for remote alarm notification and easy connection to building maintenance system (BMS).
Digital pH Chart Recorder: Orion NeutraGuard III paperless chart recorder: UL listed NEMA 4 paperless chart recorder with user-set high and low alarm points, with digital recording of one- minute intervals plus immediate recording of high and low alarms with clearing time. The pH recorder module features Modbus TCP (client and server), SD card for data storage and retrieval, plus an O & M manual on CD. The pH recorder module comes installed and fully connected in the NeutraGuard III enclosure.
pH Probe & Cable: Industrial pH probe and cable including 1.5" airtight insertion fixture, pH analyzer factory calibrated with buffer solutions (pH 4.0 and pH 10.0) with copy of electrical drawings and O & M manual. Available in 10, 20, 30, 50 and 80 meter cable lengths.
